The StarMaille service infrastructure and network operations are monitored 24/7/365 via redundant, geographically distributed monitoring systems.
In addition to sophisticated monitoring, StarMaille customers receive ongoing, responsive telephone and web-based support. StarMaille includes unlimited technical support as part of its core service offering, rather than treating support as an additional fee-based service. Large enterprise and ISP customers are assigned a primary support contact in addition to having access to the general support team.
