1. Are there any implementation costs?

No. Since StarMaille Spam Filtering is a managed service, there is no hardware or software to purchase. Simply choose the account type that fits your needs and you are billed on a per-user price, plus the baseline manager account fees, if applicable. To receive a price quote, please contact us.

2. How is my organization billed?

StarMaille is a subscription service. Customers generally are billed monthly, either by invoice or by credit card. An organization can simply enroll month-to-month or annual or longer.

3. Do I have to pay for aliases?

No. Alias accounts are filtered for spam and viruses, but they are not billed.
